I’m not ashamed to admit it…I have a generous musical palette. And by generous, I mean that I have NO clue about the specifics, I just know it sounds good, therefore I like it. I thought about naming what specifics I might be referring to and I can’t even do that. Brilliant.
It’s safe to say that in the same playlist you will find; Britney, The Cure, Madonna, Jerry Jeff Walker, Passion Pit, Led Z, The Beatles, The XX, U2, Shakira, Pet Shop Boys, Don Omar, Yaz, Andrea Bocelli, The Beasite Boys, David Bowie, Pittbul, Talking Heads, Erasure, Florence and the Machine, Sigur Ros, David Crowder, Lyle Lovett, *gasp* Eminem. I’ll stop.  You get the idea.  This list is long and super weird. I can’t explain my tastes, I just like the music.
I am however am slightly ashamed to admit some newer artists are discovered as I watch deeply moving shows like Gossip Girl. Not always though….sometimes I find a new artist on legit shows like Grey’s Anatomy.  Seriously.  Anyway, I thought I would share…I heard this song tonight and I liked it.

And in case you’re wondering, that is me taking a nap with one of these.  What can I say a music lover at an early age.  Or maybe I didn’t trust my big brother with my toys.
